Re: Trippy's Adoptions - Dachshunds

What competition are you having?
Also, I looked through all of your adopts. I was wondering why no one was adopting them. I have three reasons why.
1--You made too many. Usually, when you have an adoption center you make 2-4. You shouldn't make anymore. You should also stop making them and just keep bumping the thread on the pet, not the Adoptables page. If you bump the pet then people can see it, rather then having to click through the Adoptables thread. Also, look through all the pets you've made. There are some people that entered and are still waiting for the winner of the pet. Looking through adopts regularly will help dove this problem. Maybe deleting some that have no forms can help.
2-- The designs. The designs are cute and adorable, but there is a lot of competition for Adoptables. I don't mean this in a rude way, but people would rather adopt a dragon or wolf that's has a color scheme and fancy designs then a dog they themselves can easily design. Now, I'm not being mean when I say this. I love Dachshunds; they are my favorite dog breed. If you made the adopts look more appalling then people would want to adopt. Also, if a design is not adopted, re do it. Sometimes, you may really like a design, but no one else does. I've had this problem before and it is the best way for old designs to get adopted. Just adding little things help too, like adding a color or a scarf.
3--Appeal is also important. When I clicked on the thread, I saw a beautiful rainbow Dachshund. So I clicked. Then I saw your first post. It had rainbow colored letters. Cool, but I could barely read. When making the first page of an adoption center, you want people to want to read it. I know several people on this site who said they disliked reading rainbow coloring. It may look pretty to you and I, but maybe not for others. Also, you should have a post listing the staff members. They way, there is no confusion. Also, give us some information on the Dachshund. That way, people know about the adoptable they are adopting.

Everything I typed was meant to help you, not insult you. I apologize if it did. I will be watching this thread to see how you do and if you need any help. Who knows, I might even help advertise. Well, see you later!
