Yes. Any lineart edits change the rarity, adopt or entry. If there are any lineary changes made that aren't on the rarity guide, PM me about it and I'll decide what rarity it falls under. (:

Wings are something I'm picky about. I don't think I'd allow them in entries, or even adopts. I may keep wings as a custom-only feature.
