I'm really sorry to have abandoned this species. It is never my intent to just stop communication with y'all and I hope that there's still some people out there watching and loving these adopts as I do.

I've been out of school for a little over a month now and I recently became an owner of another closed species (Deersserts), so I've been trying to figure out how to best handle all my responsibilities and obligations. I haven't forgotten about the things I promised people in regards to transfers/growths and those will be done by the end of July, or at least that's my current plan.

After that, I'm not sure what's next. I don't want to completely close things off, especially since there was so much left to do, but that's partially why I keep taking long breaks and returning, I guess. I've made so much for myself to do that it seems nearly impossible to complete it all.

I'm currently working really hard at getting everything set up for Deersserts and while I hope that I'll have the time to run both species, I have loved Deersserts for so long, as it was my gateway into adoptables, that it will probably not be possible for me to continue running Novibats at full force. At the same time, this was the first species I ever created, so it has a special place in my heart. I will probably never transfer ownership or sell Novibats to someone else to run it.

That being said, I do want to work on things, just not as constant as many people expect with adoptable species. I think a potential solution would be to have MYO contests open once or twice yearly and maybe host games on Novibats' birthday. I have no plans to do stream games for Novibats again, as I probably won't have the time or energy.
