Got some announcements here for y'all!

It's a new week in most places! If you have already adopted a Twails, you can adopt another one!
But that's not all!
Since our artists are constantly bringing out new designs, the limit has changed to 2 Twails per week!
Also, we will now be keeping track of how many Twails a person has adopted in the OP, so please look there before posting!
New rule for Artists: Please link people to the OP so they will know the rules and how many Twails they have adopted this week!
