Killuovi's (Kill-oo-Oh-vees)
Creatures that are unknown to Mankind, they come out at full-moon to create nightmares for sleeping humans. They can turn into ash, to sneak into houses or hotels. They usually work alone, known they often fight each other and sometimes kill. They were created thousands of years ago, do to radiation problems somewhere in the deserts. They were born when radiant mixed with moon waves and burned the sand to ash, then the ash took place as Killuovi. They fall apart every time the moon goes down, since the waves of the moon is what keeps them up and alive. As soon as the moon waves disappear, the Killuovis fall to ash in the spot. Some curious humans thought it strange that after a night of nightmares and fears, a pile of ash was beside their bedside. But they couldn't seem to clean it up and as soon as the moon raised the ash was gone. That is because humans cannot see them. Due to one of there very special powers (From the moon XD) a human cannot see one with the naked eye unless the Killuovi have called for them. Having a Killuovi call for you is a extremely rare thing, only happening if the Killuovi cannot seem to penetrate through to the humans mind to haunt them with nightmares. That is when a Killuovi reveals itself to that human and calls a long, screech for which only that human can hear. That, like it states above, is a Killuovi giving a call. It of course only happens at night, or when the moon is visible, for Killuovis don't come out on cloudy nights when the moon is covered. If a human gets called for, they never want to tell anyone for a strange reason. (Maybe its the fact that they'll probably be called a freak). Calling a human, means that they'd soon become a Killuovi. So that human starts feeling weaker, and tireder every sunny day. And at night they never seem tired, until one-day, within a month of endless nights filled of screeching Killuovis in his or her mind, they suddenly disappear from home and never come back. What happens to that girl/boy is unknown, for nobody has ever seen, nor any Killuovi. Beware! Your nightmares may have more than you think behind them. >:D
