I'm terribly sorry, but those markings are too tough to put on the lineart, if I had a better angle I may do better, but even then I may not be able to. If you still want a custom, you can make a form for a different one.

I can't help but notice you spelled Synth-En as Sinth-en. Synth-En is short for Synthetic Energon so it's spelled with a 'y' not an 'I'.
