It's not that hard to read the big, "CUSTOMS ARE CLOSED" right above the rules, so I don't see why people still post that don't know it's closed...

Maybe the "CUSTOMS ARE CLOSED" bit needs to be put at the VERY top and in red or something. DX

And- If it wasn't up, then I wouldn't bother with it, because you at least posted before it was up and such, which probably meant it wasn't closed at that time.
