Good questions.. I didn't really think about any of this. If you have a particular form you want to make, you can, if not you can use the form I have for the others. And you get to decide who keeps the design, as it is your art

You can use your own form, or the one that I use, whichever you prefer
You get to decide who keeps the Seaca you make
As for customs, I'm not going to be doing them, but if you want to make a couple for some extra payment, feel free. I'm not very picky XD
