also to those who got an adopt, please also credit paperbagjuni for the base! it slipped my mind like lots of other things did when making this but I want to make sure they get their proper credit ^^

the middle adopt (#2) is up for readoption at this time, but I've made a few ground rules you've got to comply with first:

1.) from now on I will only accept donations made after I open the adopts.
so for this particular one (#2) I am only accepting claims where your donation was made after this post.
2.) do not re-use a receipt or especially do not fake a receipt.
re-using an old receipt negates my efforts to raise more funds for the blm movement, sorry. receipts will be thoroughly analyzed and compared from now on by myself and several people I trust.
3.) when you are granted ownership of the design you may do what you want with it. (revamp/trade/sell etc.)
however please only sell for maximum the amount you donated in USD, unless you've given them 3+ art pieces.

I don't know how long I will keep this open before changing the "competition" (donate ---> sign a petition) since a lot of time was lost yesterday for this one to be claimed, but if needed I will give the announcement an hour ahead. thanks for reading and I hope you're all staying safe.

#2 is now free/fcfs to anyone who can show me they signed a black lives matter related petition on change.org! there's lots of places that have petitions but I'm choosing change.org for this because it has the quickest confirmation email type-thing. for my example I signed the justice for george floyd petition but you are free to sign another one, or that one.

please follow these instructions very closely so this works because I've never done something like this before:

1. use/create a gmail account you've never used on change.org!
this is because you don't get the welcome/"confirmation" email for any signing any petition besides your first one.
2. go through with the steps to sign the petition.
to claim the adopt you technically don't have to do the suggested things like donating $3 and sharing the petition, but that'd be cool if you could do one or the other!
3. if you haven't already, sign in with google on change.org using the account from step 1.
once again I am pretty sure you only get the email if this is done.
4. once the petition has been signed, wait a few minutes for a message similar to this to pop up in your inbox:



5. screenshot it, censor your name if you used your real name and wish to, and show it here.
the first person to post a valid form with the screenshot gets #2.
