Hello! I see many of these say open for adoption, but I've yet to receive a reply, and on the horses page, there aren't any forms to fill out. I hope they're still open? .u.

Do you guys do customs yet? Also, are we allowed to adopt the completed horses up there?

No customs yet, but maybe in the future. The horses will be available once the opening event starts, which should be in less than a week ^-^ you can find the event here:
