An open species is an adopt where anyone can make one themselves. Someone has made something extremely similar in the editable oekaki as an open species. They are also called unideer. Heres the link: x

Hmm, I had been looking for the name unideer to see if it had already been taken and nothing had been showing up. I'm probably going to be changing the name soon anyways. My adopts aren't too similar, theirs looks more like a rabbit, unicorn, and deer while mine looks more like a unicorn than a deer (the daintier, not really horse like unicorns). Thanks for letting me know and for linking them.

Ah I see, it could possibly be because you were looking in the adoptable forums as these ones are in the editable forums. Hmm yes they are more different than I thought, I did just make a very rushed comparison though. But no problem! Can't wait to see some adopts for these!
