I have added two new rules under owners
due to some issues that keep coming up.

i found it was something that i should have thought about adding. but i am currently only one person running this shop. i have no mods no mini mods and only one other artist who is currently busy with life.

so i ask you guys have some patience when dealing with me. consider treating me as you want to be treated. as i will not tolerate temper tantrums or rude people. i am not saying any one has been as no one has I'm just asking you show me the same amount of respect that you want to be shown. thank you <3
