Actually not. If the original artist draws them specifically for a person/group, they have the right to restrict use to those people. I've had more than one image locked for using these lines without permission.

I know but i have seen these locked because its only for one person. Im not saying im going to go color it but the mods HAVE said that if you post it in the Editable that any one can use it.

Then I need moderator clarification because it is extremely contradictory to lock images on a restricted drawing and lock drawings that have restrictions.
