Can'y enter the artist comp if I can't edit the drawing. Can you allow me?

I don't understand what you mean. If you're saying you can't draw in the oekaki, then you can't be an artist. I need artists who can work the oekaki, know how to use Lock Alpha, know how to create unique designs, etc.
