ᶠᵃᶜᵃᵈᵉ || Kumori-Amsden is known widely as a girl who doesn't seem to care much about what people have to say or think. She is your classic narcissist, who seems to think of herself as the highest life form on the land that can speak. She often takes joy in watching others embarrass themselves, and will not hide this fact. Mori is very blunt and straightforward, and will not hesitate to just go blurt out what she thinks of someone or even the ending to a joke you might have been saying. This gets her into trouble and fights, and a lot of people don't like her for this. Some respect it, but most don't. What makes it worse is the fact that Kumori is a very sly and deceiving person in her facade, and plays the role of the heart breaker. Of course to have all these traits and such a facade, you can guess that Kumori is a very intelligent female, and maybe even a scared one at that.xxxxxxxxxx
ᵃᶳ ʰᵉʳᶳᵉˡᶠ || Now, passed Kumori's facade you find her real self, which would seem quite broken to most. In actuality, she is very bashful and stutters quite a bit when embarrassed. Often times when she catches herself stuttering she will leave the area and go hide out of worry that people will think less of her. However she still tries to stay optimistic, and honestly has a very bright personality within her. She's the type of person who will go on and on about what they love, then apologize after rambling for hours about it. She's caring and loves to help, but knows that might not help her out in the end. She's also one to worry, and does on a daily basis. Kumori is worried someone will find out that she just plays a tough, rude facade because she's afraid of judgement and will do anything to convince herself that she's fitting in somewhere.xxxxxxxxxx
ᵖᵃᶳᵗ ˡᶤᶠᵉ || Kumori-Amsden, born Kumori-Amsden Shaylon Iralee, never knew her parents or her origin. At a young age, her parents were no where to be found and she was sent to live in an orphanage. She was a shy little kid, but made friends while there only to see them leave later in her life. She grew to be used to it, until the day they had to kick her out of the orphanage because of her age. Luckily, an old friend of hers found out about this and came to her rescue. However, this involved Kumori moving out of a small village-like town into a big, big city. which caused her great panic and shock. With her friend at her aid, she adjusted well but was having issues keeping stable jobs because they just bored her to death. Her bosses would find that she had scribbled designs and drawings on papers rather than write the numbers for the company, or that she skipped out on going to work because she had slept in. Nothing could keep her attention, and no work place could make her feel wanted, so she just felt out of place and odd to everyone. This helped her facade come about, which made it incredibly hard to get her job that she has now. Thankfully, the owner of the store understood her and saw right through it, saying that once she saw improvement within Kumori she'd offer a full-time job. Sadly enough, Kumori is stuck where she is and will be for quite sometime, but it doesn't bother her as much as it used to.xxxxxxxxxx
ᶜᵘʳʳᵉᶰᵗ ˡᶤᶠᵉ || Currently, Kumori lives with her friend in an apartment on one of the quieter streets in the city. She has her own room there, but often crashes on the couch because she goes out and pulls all-nighters at restaurants or clubs. It wouldn't be wrong to say she's a part of a gang, but it wouldn't be exactly true. Her nightly activities include raves and parties, as well as hanging with some "friends" and painting on walls of abandoned buildings. Mori knows that is considered illegal, but she also has leeway to do so. Being smart, she brought her activities to the head of the city, who eventually gave her permission to do this on abandoned buildings and structures. She has a permit and license with her at all times whenever she is out because she often signs her work with KAI. When she isn't out doing her artsy murals, she works at the boutique as a saleslady who assists in helping people find clothes. xxxxxxxxxx

History
As a Quadruped - She was found as a young kit near a human's house. Having heard her cries, the young woman had taken her in. There she was doted on, growing up without worry about going without anything she might need or want. She also had a motherly figure in Cherie, a red merle Starry. Aiyanna was grateful for everything that she had growing up, knowing she might not have even survived had they not taken her in when she was so young.
Cherie taught her how to live true to herself, but still able to conform to humans' needs and desires. Lessons that would always be given kindly, gently; and ones that would remain with her for the rest of her life.

As a Human | Her childhood wasn't all that great - she wasn't in some grand home nor was she poor or an orphan. Nothing fantastic happened as she grew up, went to school, found friends, or moved around with her family. But she did have a wonderful family, for which she will always be grateful. They were always supportive of her, even when they didn't always understand her reasoning behind decisions. Perhaps it was because of them that she always strove to make them proud - in school, behavior, life choices. In fact, it was because of her desire to do well by her kin that she planned to become an IT major when she went to college - to follow in their footsteps.
That is until her first job. She landed a sales associate job at a small design shop in her newest town. After her parents had to move, she had been determined to get a job, despite being in a new area and in the middle of her junior year. It wasn't that she suddenly wanted to become a fashion designer - although she did take an interest in it. Rather, she found that she did have a passion for creating things and realized that she likely wouldn't enjoy an IT job any longer after coming to that realization.
For several months she pondered on this, just letting inspiration flow from her around her schoolwork and job. Finally realizing that writing was her number one passion, with sketching and designing not too far behind, she approached her parents. They were skeptical at first, believing the stereotypes about writers and artists in general. Nevertheless, they offered her their support, wanting not to force their beliefs on their daughter; rather they figured she'd have to find her own path, make her own mistakes - learn and grow from them - and continue to follow her passions wherever they may lead her.
So Aiyanna began to write. First little blurbs of stories here and there. Drafts of fantasy realms and creatures. Then by the beginning of her senior year, she had progressed to writing short stories and participating in writing contests. She never placed first, though she almost always got recognition in regional competitions and sometimes larger scale ones. At times she was discouraged, as the work could be difficult but her love for writing and the ability to doodle and design fashion pieces did help to relieve a great deal of her stress.
Later, she attended an in-state college which would allow her to create her own major. With some convincing she was able to do a graphics minor to her English major, figuring the minor could help her in fashion design - even if it wasn't a formal designing major. It took her the normal four years, but she graduated with high grades and with a fair amount of experience and confidence under her belt. However, rather than trying to move on to bigger and better things, she's content to live in the town where she got her first job, staying loyal to the owner and staff there after all they did for her. She's eternally grateful for all of that, and does her utmost to repay them in every way she can.

Job
As a Quadruped - She is the companion of an accessory maker who specializes in unique, Victorian inspired hats, collars, and other accessories. Aiyanna is part companion, part store pet, part mascot, and part model for the shop. She is pampered there and well taken care of by the owner, staff, and the visiting customers.

As a Human | She is a full time writer and part-time designer and sewer for the same shop - a small, quaint number - one of the lead designers and makers within the shop. She has no favorite item to create, however she does favor monochromatic color schemes - sometimes with bits of color (usually in the form of swirls, feathers, or flowers) thrown in. And in truth, it is because of her love of creating and writing stories that she has no favorite thing to make. While she enjoys sewing and making beautiful pieces, her heart is in the words she scribbles on paper and types up on her computer. If she didn't feel indebted to - although the woman says there's no need to be - the woman who took a chance on her and took her in, she likely wouldn't be a fashion designer or seamstress whatsoever.

Partner | None currently. And she is fine with this. She isn't particularly looking but isn't afraid to pursue a romantic relationship should she take interest in another individual.
