Do you make the characters or do we buy already made ones?

Me and my other artist create designs for users to adopt. Whoever wins them can create a character, story, etc, or transfer the design to a fursona, etc. I suppose 'shop' is a bit misleading, but you shouldn't have to pay for the designs. c:

Experience? I have modded on a few forums before and have been a mod on a website (I can't link to it because I think the admin deleted it).
How often are you online? Whenever I have the spare time - which is often right now because it is the summer. c: Hours a day range between 1 - 5 or more.
**Situations**
A user is continually harassing an artist/other mod/other user.
I would probably tell that user that harassment is not okay on this website in the first place. And, if wanted by thebrownwolf, I will give them a warning.
A user tries to guilt trip the winner of a contest.
I would tell the user that guilt tripping is unpolite and not fair. If you want to win in a contest, you have to show at least a little bit of kindness and respect. I may give the user a warning upon instruction to, but if they didn't guilt trip too hard to the point of making the winner feel really guilty, a warning is unnecessary. I would explain to the user that if they guilt tripped again, however, I will give them a warning.
A user asks for a custom.
I will simply tell them that thebrownwolf does not make customs. Though, I will not give them a warning. It's nothing too serious.
