Well, when I make one, you go fill out the form (btw, they cost 1 halloween token or 1 WL CS pet minimum. More on your offer increases chances of winning it)

I usually close forms after a certain number have been entered, or when I feel like closing them (1-2 days usually)

Yep! In fact, I recently did a large addition to this thread, including a set of rules, Metamorph (Foxel PPS's, essentially) lines, a tree redo (chrysalis stage), an archive, and breeding! Plus, I've created the adult pixel lines (Metamorph pixel lines will come later) so Foxel owners can keep a not-so-awkward image in their sig! xD
