What Are S'ookos?

S'ookos are large beasts, looking as if they were a cross between a rodent type creature and a long lost dinosaur. They are said to live in very dry, arid, or just plain hot areas; as their bodies can very well handle heat. This creature is a long, mean, fighting machine. With a muscular frame, strong arms they are made perfect for fighting each other, or battling off a predator. Their long legs, and longer tail provide them with excellent balance, and an elegant yet ferocious gait. With short fur covering their bodies, it cools them down, but doesn't let them get hot. S'ookos are very stubborn, headstrong creatures; who want to do things their own way; which makes taming one an extreme difficultly; but is possible.

Some Must Know Facts

*S'ookos are about 7-8 feet at the shoulder.
*S'ookos weigh 300-400lbs
*The difference between a male and female would be the horns. As males use their horns for butting heads or fighting.
*Average lifespan 40-50 years (1-10: Childhood, 11-20: Young Adult, 21-31: Adult, 32-40/50: Elder)
*They are carnivores x3 But in times of famine they do resort to nuts or berries.
*DGs can come in any color. BUT, the colors must flow well together and look good. The colors will never clash, or be neon..

Are you active in checking posts/etc?: I can be if the job requires. As of now I occasionally do.
Are you a mod/artist/other for any other species on CS?: Sadly no, they are always full or not looking for a 'newbie' mod.
Can you be respectful and clear when replying to other members?: Yes, I am often chosen in real life to explain stuff.
