Yes, how are you doing today? Or recently, whatever it is you feel as of recent.
Lately I have been feeling content and well, the only stressor is finals but I’ve accepted my fate😭. how are you feeling?

overall its been good but recently i managed to get covid. again. the extra bit of time off from work hasnt been bad tho

Could have been better, but I also know I could have been much worse. Like last Saturday.
I'm on sick leave from work the rest of this week. Which is good because my mental health and me being burnt out really needs it. Even though I'm starting to stress more and more with the fact that no one will have taken care of my area where I work while I'm gone ( = even more for me to stress in a desperate attempt to catch up again). And no one will help once I'm back next week. That is, if I can work next week. I still don't know. Only time can tell.

I'm not home because I'm burnt out, I'm too stubborn for that ... But after last Saturday when I suddenly couldn't stand up, barely could walk, couldn't sit or lie down without my hips and lowerback hurting so badly I kind of got a realization of how bad my health has become because of my job. I've been back and fourth to different doctors and hospitals since last summer when my knees and hips were going for the worse. They still don't know what's wrong and I'm still waiting to get another appointment at a different hospital (again). The only thing I got an answer of last Saturday is that the inside joints of my right hip looks like that of a 60+ year old person. And that something's growing out of my skeleton in the same hip where it shouldn't grow something - and they don't know what it is.

So yeah. I've been contemplating these past two days if I should ask for sick leave until my vacation this summer ... If I can afford it though ... I simply don't want my body to break this early in life. I don't want to be incapable of working ever again someplace else or to keep restoring my cottage by my own doing (and not hire people unless I really need it, like for electricity and such things that I don't know of and don't feel like learning) because the current job don't listen to me when I say "help, I'm at my breaking point".
