i've done a good job taking care of not only my husband but myself the last couple days. i know i need to take care of myself because my husband doesn't need the extra stress or anxiety of worrying about me while he recovers.

i've also been a lot more patient the last few days - i'm normally very short with people who annoy me when i'm stressed out but i've been coping well.
