Sims 4, Help please

Hello everyone I have recently gotten sims 4!
And I've been playing a lot!

Today I made a new sim and I moved into a house right and I really like this house BUT
There are three random people in it and I have no idea what to do!

I can't kill them I can't get them out in any way so I thought I'd ask all you guys!
Please Help or tell me if you've had the same thing or any other problems!

P.s. This is for any sims/sims 4 related talk so feel free to chat!
Oh and this is 24/7!!

I am extremely sorry for my longtime absence from CS. Due to health issues I had to set aside any online activities for a long time. I am currently doing better and slowly getting things back in order, piece by tiny piece. Thanks for your patience. <3
