SO I kind of promised my Homeroom that we are doing secret Santa, But how should I convince my homeroom teacher to do it? She's kind of strict, and my friend's homeroom is doing it.

you probably shouldn't have promised them something you weren't sure about. i would just ask her, and if she says no and asks why, just tell her. i wouldn't jump right out and say "we need to do this", though. just walk up and ask; "I was wondering if we would maybe do secret santa the last day before break? since it's the holidays and all, if needed we can work extra hard now so we can have time to do it." or something like that.
