Oil Spill

Has anyone heard about that oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico? I live in the USa so it hit us hard.

The worst part was that I'm going to Florida for vacation in July and the BP thinks that the pil spill will reach the Atlantic Ocean soon. It already hit Florida and it's going AROUND Florida's coast and to the Atlantic Ocean.

So much for clear water and white sandy beaches.

I think more people should fight to have that cleaned up, and save our wildlife!!!

I was on yahoo.com once and there was this topic called "BP Oil Spill killing Animals" then it showed a bird COVERED with oil. I hope they stop it soon.

I think I saw that one. It's amazing that the BP isn't doing anything. Their like the nations enviormental protectors right now, and they're doing nothing except talk about failed attempts to cap the oil spill.

I feel bad for all the aniamls covered in oil. All those dolphins and birds and whales and fish. It's just sad.

I totally understand, and it must be hard for them to hear all this stuff about how they're doing nothing... I mean, I'm totally a tree-hugger and it kills me to see all those birds, but we have to cut them some slack.

I realize that. And the pressure people are putting on them doesn't help. BUt I mean, for crying out oud, Obama himself went to the Gulf and ddin't know what to do. if the president of the United States doesn't know what to do, then who does?
