Why Are Demons Cool?

I've noticed a lot of people these days think demons are cool... I don't understand it. Demons are kind of evil and their entire purpose is to make sure as many humans as possible go to Hell... Why do we like them so much then? Even if you are not a Christian don't you find this a bit disturbing?

Actually, ONLY if you're Christian are demons evil. A lot of other religions have demons that are neutral, evil, or even good.

Not only. There are tons of religions that consider demons to be evil. I have never heard of demons being good at all, although it doesn't surprise me that people would think that. Most religions I have heard of consider demons to be evil.

I don't think I'd ever want to meet a Demon, but I do find Angels and Demons quite fascinating.
I'm not really an expert or anything, but I'm sure Demons aren't evil in all religions.

There are some good demons, but the word generally has a negative connotation and most people won't automatically think of good demons when they hear the word.

A good deal of it has to do with Naruto and Japanese mythology I think. People seem to like the idea of them.

Who said they were evil in all religions? I said they were evil in most religions that I know of. And about the Naruto thing... I think sealing demons in a baby's body is a bit disturbing no matter if they are good or evil, and if anyone thinks that is cool then they should elaborate because I don't get it.

Being pretty well versed in universal demonology, I can say you have a very false view on demons there are plenty of demons that are not evil. Plus my mate has a little demon that follows him around that we are both vewry fond of. And no their only purpose is not to to send us to hell >_>.....and I am not following some fad this is somthing I have studied for years.

When I saw people are following a fad I'm refereing to the people who take a wolf lineart and hack at it with black and red colors and call it a demon. I'm sorry if I didn't make myself clear on that. I do understand that not all demons are evil I should clear this up before anyone else gets mad at me.
