what is a Furosona, and how do you get one?

A fursona is like an animal that represents who you are. A lot of people have dog or wolf fursonas, because those animals are very easy to relate to.

And, as for how you get one, you usually create the markings/design yourself, for it to be a true fursona. And, if you're a bad artist (I'm not saying you are) you can make up the design and ask/pay someone else to draw it for you.
