Crushes, Boyfriends, and Girlfriends

Well, it's become pretty obvious that Shay likes me. You know those weird things you post on your facebook that are like; "LMS and I'll answer these questions, blah, blah, blah."? Well I posted one of those on my wall about two weeks ago and Shay found it and liked it. Anyways, here's how it went;

So I'm not too sure where this'll lead. I'm kind of hoping it'll develop into something but I want to give myself a little bit of time first because Justice and I broke up a week ago. Though I do like Shay. He's funny, laid back, and just an all around nice guy. Any advice, tips, comments, anything?

Ok, so two days ago I caught the guy I like staring at me during a test. Geez, it's a test, not the time to be flirting, or whatever it is you were doing... (I suck at interperating these things) and so every now and then I get glances from him, but does that mean anything? If I catch him glancing at me, sometimes he looks away, and sometimes he holds my gaze until I look away, but it's all very, VERY brief. Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

well after reading your post yes that does seem like he likes you lol sometimes boys dont do crap when they like you and sometimes they stare, or chat with you in small sessions or smile at you a lot. look for those other 2 signs lol cuz if he adds those on then he likes u a lot! good luck! hope this helped

I can't figure out what the frik this guy wants with me. He always like..flirts, but he has a girlfriend already. He does it to other girls, but most of the time it's me. And I'm so confused, because guys normally don't find me appealing.
But there's this thing that happened at the open house that takes a long time to explain, which I'd copy and paste from another post I did on it if need be, but is probably why.

Well, here are a few examples;
-touching me excessively (pervs, back off. I'm talking about patting the shoulders and sticking close to xD)
-playing with my hair
-smiling and staring
-waving at me and calling my name all day, even though I'm only in two of his classes
-stealing my food
-last but not least, reassuring me. Of all things, reassuring me and encouraging me.
