I absolutely loathe sushi (partially because I'm allergic to shellfish and it's hard to eat sushi because cross contamination even if sushi that doesn't have shellfish in it) and all my friends love it and I'm just like ._.

I cannot STAND peanut butter. The scent, the taste, the texture is just awful no matter what kind it is. I used to love peanut butter as a child, but then I guess I was given peanut butter so often that I grew to hate it entirely. Even the slightest hint of peanut butter, whether it’s in the food I’m eating or it’s the smell in the air, makes me queazy, and it doesn’t help that one of my boyfriend’s favorite foods is grilled pb&j—

I used to think I hated cheese as a kid, until I tried something containing cheese that wasn't the one specific type of cheese that my family seems to love and actually enjoyed it. It's been hard convincing everyone that I may actually like cheese after so long, I gave up a couple of years ago.
Brussels sprouts and cabbage are too bitter for my liking, which I find strange because things like lettuce and broccoli don't taste bitter to me. One of my family members is actually the complete opposite and is the biggest fan of Brussels sprouts I've ever met, but can't stand the bitterness of broccoli.
That being said, there's very few foods I can't at least tolerate as I'm anything but a picky eater.
