I've been to three different schools, but I have moved schools four times. I was in a sort of pre-school (prep) class for a year at one school, then I moved to a different state and went to this one school for three years, then moved back to my third school, then moved to another school after two years, where I have stayed (Its a primary and secondary school all in one). I made new friends with ease, and I always had the promise of at least one of my friends being at the new school, except the second time. It was easy to make friends though, and the fourth time too. I found a group of Twi-hards that were nice, so one day I brought this twilight guidebook and read it closeby. They included me immediately, and now they are my BFFs. You should go with the better education, I think. You will keep in contact with your friends, but get a good education leading on to a good life/job ^^ *hugs* Hope that helped.

*hugs linksage*
My parents have been a bit rude to me lately, too. Despite the fact that I have a stye, a runny nose, a sore throat and continuous headaches, they seem to feel that it is okay to yell at me for the mess my five-turning-six year old little sister makes in our shared bedroom. >.<
Hope that your mum is a bit nicer and that you will be able to hide from the hardships.

i'm in need of a hug. i have to decide between high schools. the school with my friends, where everybody knows each other and you can't get lost, or the massive school full of strangers that has better education.... school is for education, but i'm terrified of strangers. errg...
*Hugs*
Well, I guess the best way to decide is to think about where you want to go in the future. Maybe you could spend a week at both schools then decide.
And all your friends started out as strangers. There's no reason to be afraid. The nice thing about starting in a new school is you can completely change your reputation, so if you made a bad impression on some of the people in your old school, then you have a chance to start anew. Think it over carefully and I'm sure you'll make the right decision. Everything has it's good and bad points.

Awwh, I'm sorry for all of you. My life wasn't too happy, but now I just bought a dog and am finally very, very happy.
Free hugs from me and Rikki (my puppy!).

I think I want to go to the school closest to me, the one with my friends. not just because it has my friends, but because i want to. Several of my family members, including my father and sister, went to school there, and they got fine jobs. It's great that I decided, but my parents still want me to go to school elsewhere. ugh.

Fff, I'm sad. ;^;
My grandpa just lost his life to lung cancer last night. My entire family's pretty upset about it, because we were so attached to him. We loved him very much and he loved us back. He didn't say it that often, but there was never any doubt in my mind. He liked to be around us as much as possible; he had been staying in our house. I feel blessed that I had a grandpa that loved us so much, because I know that some people out there can't quite say the same. But that doesn't make it hurt any less. v_v

Geeky, that's so weird.
My grandpa had lung cancer too, he died, and I came to the comfort corner to get a hug.
I'm so dearly sorry for you, and I know how you feel. It took me forever to get over it, but I'm still not completely healed. Just remember you did all you could. -uberhuggle-
Feel better, okay? ^_^

I'm so sorry, Geeky. I've never lost anyone quite that close to me (unless you count a cat), the only grandparent I even vaguely like is my Granny on my mum's side (my nana on my dad's side died a few years ago but I didn't know her well), and my only grandpa, also on my dad's side, lives the other side of the country and I don't like him much anyway. My mum's dad was wonderful, but he died before I was born

I hope you feel better soon.
