I've had something similar happen to me, actually. I grind my teeth a lot, not just in sleep but generally, especially during more anxious days. My dentist pointed this out the last time I was there, and I got a mouth guard. Y'know, those rubbery things you can put on your teeth. It doesn't stop you from grinding them, but it will protect them from further damage.
You could ask if something like that would be useful for you; you could put it in at night and try to be more conscious of the teeth-grinding during the day if that's a thing you do.
It's honestly a bit annoying to get used to, but since excessive grinding can damage your teeth, it's worth it.
It'll be okay, your dentist will be able to help you out with advice!

I don't really need comfort, just need to get this out.
After two years of doctors telling me I was making everything up, they found something.
Now of course it doesn't explain everything, but it pisses me off that the doctors ignored this until it got to this point.
They looked back at my MRI results from last year, and realized I have a really bad sinus infection.
So bad it will likely need surgery.
I'm scared and overjoyed at the same time.
I have never had surgery and only had anesthesia once.
But it really is great.
And I can look at all those stupid doctors, and be like, you were wrong.

isn't it a great feeling when
you prove someone wrong
unless it means health, obvi.
don't worry!
surgery isn't bad
i had my tonsils removed once
you just wake up groggy (:
just do as the doctor says (they say not to eat for
6 hours and stuff like that)
good luck <3
hope you feel better soon <3

you can be happy<3
try and find things you enjoy
if you're looking for a new hobby to distract yourself,
start there!
do cooking, baking, dog walking, reading, drawing, etc.
so many things can distract you
if you believe in happiness it'll start to show
good luck boo<3
