Why can't I die?

Because you have this.
You can live on, to prove everyone wrong. You can find happiness and a family, and nope that doesn't have to be a guy and kids, it can be an apartment building where you know everyone, and feel at home and like you have a bunch of people who care about you. You can find a dream job, maybe one you don't know exists yet, maybe you can meet someone special, or just an amazing friend who was worth waiting for. Life's worth living, I promise you this.

Don't worry, I have sleeping issues, and I really envy people who can fall asleep by just the flip of a switch. What I do to try to calm myself down so I am able to sleep is,
Maybe drink some tea, but not any type of tea that can alert you even more.
Take a relaxing shower/bath.
Turn off all electronics, and try to not focus on your anxiety.

Gah. Been there.

This might be terrible advice, but I've dealt with severe anxiety as well - and you know what I find helps? Medication. I see a therapist and it's honestly one of the better decisions I've made. There's alot of people out there willing to help, it's crazy. I was so surprised.

For the insomniac: try watching or reading something terribly boring. I know that might sound a little lame, but if I can make my mind focus I'm out like a light. Your body is probably more physically exhausted than you think.

I'm still single, no matter how much I help,
or try to please the guys I like,
they either tease me to death,
or ignore the fact that they have a interested friend.
Someone to go to in times of need, but there they all go,
kissing their just a friends right in front of me.
I actually have a guy I talked with about me, and him.
He likes me, I like him... but he's dying.
I may sound desperate, and who knows,
