in Biology class today, we were measuring our heart rate and blood pressure. We even had stethescopes and blood pressure cuffs. I found out that my heart rate is way lower than it should be, and I'm pretty sure I have an irregular heartbeat...it doesn't feel normal, it wil be kinda slow then speed up for no reason and slow back down. It's kinda freaky and I can feel it with my pulse too. I also had my friends listen and we concluded that my heart is pretty messed up
I knew I could have bad cholesterol later like my mom, but I never expected this! I havn't gone to the doctor yet but I'll make sure they check next time I go. I havn't been in a doctor's office in a while and I think they havn't noticed it before because I get nervous and my heart must beat pretty fast overall. I'm a bit scared guys, even though I know that God loves me. Please pray, thanks <3
