Crushes, Boyfriends, and Girlfriends | V4

Ssoooo I've been extremely depressed lately and I even told her and she doesn't do anything to comfort me. In fact, she makes it worse by inviting her friend over to comfort her while I'm just sitting here bored, alone, depressed, and being ignored.
She even knows that ignoring me doesn't help my depression at all. It makes it worse..

And not once has she attempted to comfort me in the year we've been together. She's never comforted me at all.. just made it worse sometimes..
Yet all the times she's been depressed, I've comforted her. Every single time I tried and sometimes succeeded.

I absolutely have no idea on what to do in this situation and I'm tired of feeling like this, especially when it's because of her.. What should I do?

You need to tell her.

It may be hard, but you need to set some sort of expectation if you want to be in a happy relationship. If you don't speak up, she'll probably continue to ignore you because it's become the norm. Being in a relationship should be both give and take, and from your post, it sounds like she's only taking. I'm sorry that I can't help much because I don't know your circumstances - if you're still in school, if you live together, how long you have been dating... etc. But if I were in your shoes, I would confront her about it. If she still refuses to acknowledge that you would like some comfort, then I would break it off. Mental well-being is important, and if your significant other isn't helping you, and actually causing you to feel depressed, it's not healthy.

On another note, if she can't comfort you, I suggest you find comfort in other friends, your parents, et cetera, if you can. I wish you the best for battling through depression.

I agree, I kind of had and still am having this with some of my pals. What I've seen is everyone has problems, and you need to be around people who can care, help, and understand you. Just tell her, and if she doesn't care about you enough to help you, she doesn't deserve you. Then, just go out and meet new people, be nice and people will respond positively to you. Just a simply daily hi can brighten someone's day and make them want to return the favor. Sorry if this isn't good I've never have been in a relationship and I'm to awkward to get in on anything soon.

If he is still dating his girlfriend and you go out with him, it is cheating. Through and through, and that is wrong. If you want to date the guy, wait until he breaks up with his girlfriend. Or if you want to date him immediately (which I don't advise-wait at least a week after he has broken up with his current girlfriend) then tell him you won't date him until he breaks up with his girlfriend. And a last minute thought being, what kind of person does this make him if he asks you out while he is dating someone else? Chances are, if you guys date, he could do the exact same thing. And that wouldn't feel too nice.

Hello, I need advice for a friend. He wants to break up with his gf b/c he thinks they should both focus on school, but He isn't sure how to tell her. I'm friends with them both, and I know that she is really stressed out about finals this coming week. Christmas break is the week after this, and I've been thinking that it would be tough for her to hear that on finals week and right before Christmas, but I do agree that they need to focus on school. Any advice for how he should tell her?
(If possible, Biblical advice would be appreciated as well. I posted on several threads but haven't gotten any replies yet.)

Ok so I've liked this one guy for awhile and he's super nice and kind (guy A) I think he likes me but I'm not sure… anyway I met (guy B) at school this year and he is nice and kind too and Im pretty sure he likes me… they both have my must haves in a guy (blonde surfer) but I don't know who I should go for… guy A was my first crush and he's amazing and I'd choose him over guy B but recently I hung out with guy B and he offered me his jacket when I was cold and he faked pushed me and scared me XD… however me and guy A have some moments too… he gives me his waves when we surf together and I always catch him looking at me and smiling…he loves animals like me and my friends say that he's like a guy version of me XD UPDATE! : spent the day at the surf contest with guy A and he was super funny XD he kept coming over to me and my friends and making us laugh. He saw I was paddling out so he ran with me into the water and we talked the whole paddle out. We are always sarcastic around each other when it comes to surfing and it's really fun! However my friends occasionally catch him looking at me a few times when we are around eachother… ugh I have no idea they are both amazing ;-; I'm pretty sure they both like me but do you think they do? UPDATE! Recently surfed with guy B and had a great time… I also saw him today at school and I noticed an occasional glance at me now and then... His friends also made fun of him when I asked for some paper… they said "guy B will give you some because he loves you!" I don't know if that was a joke or trying to embarrass him... But that's the first time they have said that and we've all sat together for a month now. Just to make sure but do you think they actually like me? Any opinions on this and what should be the next move?

Ugh I am sure I am in love. A guy I am sure I like goes to the same school as me and bowls on the school team with me. He volenteered to take me to my brothers after practice. He has even tooken me to burger king with his friends. He has a facination with animals like me. He also has the biggest knack for Whales just like me. He asked me what my favorite whale was and our answer was the same, an Orca. He gave me the nickname Whales and he won't let anyone else call me Whales really except for his best friend. Everyone swears we're a thing but I am not sure. He also plays all these country songs for me. I am friends with a friend of his on the boys half of the team and I've heard them telling him that he has a thing for me and he denies. The bad thing is if he asks me out what will happen if we stay a thing, if we even are, because he graduates this spring? Its not like I wouldn't trust him to go to college and get a good job but I don't know what to do or assume. Does he like me? If he asks me out should I say yea? What should I do if we do go out and don't break up and he goes to college?

I've never understood why people can't be in a relationship and focus on their studies...
To me this always seems like a cop out because there is some other reason.
If he wants to break up, he should just do it.
If he wants to wait until after finals, do it then
There really isn't any way of how he should do it. He just does it in person and hopes for the best.
And biblical advice? I'm sorry I don't understand. :/
