i feel sick, but not like, physically sick, like mentally isck. I also feel very dizzy and super detailed. Very stressed and overwhelmed and i feel so sick. It's like, i can' getm y heart rate under 110 despite me sitting down, OI don't even knpw why i feel like this

Frustrated that I've ended up sick again. But apparently it is normal to be sick quite often and end up being so easier due to burn out, so I'm trying to make my brain understand that's why I'm sick again. At least the fever has somewhat passed; but this cold is like the worst one I've had for a year or two.

It's not often I'm sick to the point of my eyes tearing up every two seconds.
