Crushes, Boyfriends, and Girlfriends | V4

Hello, In the beginning of the year, I had a slight crush on a guy and he was totally in love with the other girl, she rejected him and hit him hard and I comforted him ( along with other friends) and we helped him. A few months later he finally gets over him and he likes me now. All my friends knew as well( and believe me I didn't want that) a couples weeks ago he started to cut himself and starts to feel suicidal again. In the few months ago I've gotten over my crush. And all friends are trying to get him to ask me out. They meddling with my choices and I have to lie about still liking him. I also feel like I'm his second choice and all he talks about pain. I feel torn, I love him as a friend and I miss his carefree and happiness he used to bring but I hate that he likes me and I just can't bring myself to like him anymore. Please help me.

So today, we had a special thing going on in the Gym. So I sat with the new guy again today. Instead he kind of ignored me and talked to his other girl, which was fine. When he got up to go to the office I told the girl "you should go out with him." She said ewww no, so I told her I really really liked him, and she gig led all girly like. After he came back they had to go to the Lunch room, and when they were walking away the girl pointed at me, but I didn't hear what she was saying. Does the new guy like me as a friend? Do you think the girl said that I liked him? I need help ;-;.

Yes, she probably told him that you like him. Don't worry. This could be a good thing. It could make things awkward, but it could make him realise his feelings for you. There isn't enough information here to tell if he likes you or not.

If you've mentioned to her that you never start conversations because of anxiety, maybe starting a conversation with her will show her she means a lot to you, enough to go out of your comfort zone. She might think that you aren't going to her house because of another girl, or you just aren't interested in her anymore (girls can be pretty irrational). Assuming you aren't going because of a busy schedule, you could take time out of your week to do something romantic and unexpected (like formally ask her out?)

☁ I took your advice, spoke to her, and it was almost exactly like you said lol. She was surprised and pleased I started one for the first time in forever, and thought I was upset at her and not interested in coming over any more.
I might just follow the end of your advice too. If she's worried I'm going some where, it might just be time to show her I'm not :P

♥ You should be honest with him. I know how he feels as I had undergone that same thing. I also know how YOU feel. You should wait for the perfect moment to talk to him. Make him see sense. For me,no offense but, from what you described I may think he is using you as a rebound.Both of you might get hurt if this continues. If I were you I would talk to him. Make him understand. Hope this helps as this is my first time giving advice
