I accidentally asked a guy out. Wow.

I was buying a coat and the guy that helped me find it was super cute and goes to my school. He mentioned seeing me around before I even brought up noticing him before. He was totally flirting with me, but I'm too much of a pansy to normally do anything.

Anyway, he was asking for my number for the store to send me texts, and I blurted out


"Only if you give me your number first."

I should mention that this was not smooth at all. It was about as smooth as sandpaper. I meant it as a joke ( I'm sometimes really bad at jokes, apparently ), but he gave his number to me. Wuttt.

We're hanging out on Friday. c:

here is a tip on crushes for everybody; if you really really like somebody, but you're having a hard time keeping those feelings to yourself and feel an urge to tell other people; don't. You're better off suffering with your feelings kept inside.

I swear, nobody can be trusted, and it pisses me off so much. I only told three of my friends; and now what? They are going onto his ask and telling him to date me? Let me try to create a relationship on my own, thank you. We were friends, but now you've made it so awkward he probably wants nothing to do with me. He probably knows that I like him, and just ugh.

I know this has no place here, but if your friends cannot be trusted with information like that, they are not good friends at all.

So today, we had a special thing going on in the Gym. So I sat with the new guy again today. Instead he kind of ignored me and talked to his other girl, which was fine. When he got up to go to the office I told the girl "you should go out with him." She said ewww no, so I told her I really really liked him, and she gig led all girly like. After he came back they had to go to the Lunch room, and when they were walking away the girl pointed at me, but I didn't hear what she was saying. Does the new guy like me as a friend? Do you think the girl said that I liked him? I need help ;-;.

so, i met a guy [call him S] last weekend at a multiple day conference i attended. super hot, super intelligent, and we exchanged facebooks and snapchats. he introduced me to his (equally) hot twin brother [call him D] before the conference ended. they live several states away from where i'm at.

S and I started snapchatting the day we left and D added me then as well - i'm assuming he got my contact from his brother. S and I have pretty much established that we really like each other and the flirting is so real. of course, we can't do much about it since we're far away from each other. we've video chatted twice this past week for 2+ hours each call, and idk i really like him and he's said he likes me too. we're already trying to plan to meet up soon.

meanwhile D and I have been snapchatting too. D is hot obviously, but i don't have much more interest in him past that - since S and i already kinda said we liked each other. we snapchat only slightly less frequently and we've never video chatted and we just met once. but D teases me all the time, telling me "if only you knew what S and i were talking about" and sending me winky faces and just general teasing; however, he does say, "don't misbehave with S (;" and "no wonder he has a thing for you" and he does recognize that S and i like each other.

idk, i can't decipher/know whether its okay for me to be talking with D considering i like S. like, will that turn S off? i'm totally chill with being friends with D...idk, can someone just try to decipher the situation for me? i don't know what i'm asking exactly, but just what would you do if you were in my situation?

S doesn't, from what I've gathered, have a problem with talking to his twin. D also seems to understand you two are just friends. As long as D doesn't get too flirty, I don't see a problem. You're allowed to have male friends. However, if you feel uncomfortable talking to D by all means stop. But do it for you, not for S (who doesn't seem to mind). c:

I don't know...I really want to share this because I think it's a cool story...It's about how me and my boyfriend met and shtuff.

I spent almost all of last year thinking he was a two dimensional jock who was pretty dumb. I don't know, I guessed I judged him because he played football, and I thought some of his friends were two dimensional jocks too. Turns out he thought I was a cold and condescending person at first. I don't really blame him. Then one day I saw him reading a Warriors book. I was like, "Wait hold up...you read what?" So I spent about a minute debating with myself on whether I should say something. I finally did and said, "That's a good book" and he replies, "Yeah I know, i've read it before."

I think the reason I think it's a cool story is because, I never would have talked to him or cared about him, had he never brought that book to school. I never looked at him twice before, and had just dismissed him. Oh Cheshire, how wrong were you :3 Now I have a wonderful boyfriend who is very, very nerdy...
