it's okay to regret
it's okay to make mistakes
don't feel bad
just try to push through it
if it gets to the point where all you think about is what
you did, maybe go seek for a professional, they can help loads.

Don't worry too much about high school, you can PM me if you want, I am experienced with the high school stuff and all that kind of things (I am not a cool at school, but I have met some good people) If it has anything to do with bullying, which is why I was nervous about middle school, people grow up fast and you get treated more like an adult as well.
