Great, why do some boys have to be so hot?
I've been obsessing over this guy who I met on a transition of sorts and I don't know whether he likes me back or not. When I saw him on the first transition I just started for a second, he looked at the me and smiled, obviously I smiled back and turned away. My friends began giggling and my best friend said it's obvious I like him. I don't want him to know that. I really want to talk to him and get to know him better but I don't know what to say, what if I make a fool of myself or it's obvious I like him?

And one other thing, I went to a social disco last night and one of my friends said something that she didn't realise was so obvious, now a lot of people know I like him and it won't be easy to tell them I don't.

If you're going to help me on this please keep in mind I'm a pretty shy person around boys I like and don't really talk to them much, but please help! And thanks in advance.

Well, if you're a shy person (like me), just make little moves towards getting him to know that you like him. Smile at him, giggle, anything girls do xD. He might approach you and it sounds like he may even like you back. So, as I said, it helps just to make little moves so it doesn't make it obvious that you like him, it might even take a while for him to know that you like him (unless you just tell him face to face). Hi... Well my mum has managed to ruin and make my summer awesome at the same time. We are going camping after Australia Day, with my parents, brother, parents friends and their children. I had a leavers soirée on Friday and my bf (let's call him R) kept walking over to talk to me, like a lot. It turns out that my mum was talking to his Dad at the time, so know he's coming camping with his sister and Dad to! Pretty cool for me :3

Also, R is pretty scared of my best friend... A, she teases him constantly and makes fun of him. Well, I have to admit that I do sometimes and she is hillarious. But, it means that when I hang out with her I get less time to hang out with R, and we are going to different schools next year So A and R are both going to different schools from me ;-;. But anyway, how can I deal with R being scared of A? Thanks in adavance for any advice!

So today, we had a special thing going on in the Gym. So I sat with the new guy again today. Instead he kind of ignored me and talked to his other girl, which was fine. When he got up to go to the office I told the girl "you should go out with him." She said ewww no, so I told her I really really liked him, and she gig led all girly like. After he came back they had to go to the Lunch room, and when they were walking away the girl pointed at me, but I didn't hear what she was saying. Does the new guy like me as a friend? Do you think the girl said that I liked him? I need help ;-;.

Do you mean that 'muah' thing people do? I feel like that's deliberate and only happens with brief kisses as you pull away. I've never done it with a person. If you really feel nervous, you could try to stop making that sound? Really though, kissing a person is not going to be like kissing a pet. Kissing a pet is platonic, friendly, even parenty because you might think of them as your little babies. With a person you are attracted to? Different. Definitely different. Can be nerve wracking the first time, terrifying, intimidating. But it's just a little kiss. It's not expected to be perfect the first time, especially if your boyfriend knows you haven't kissed anyone before. It's going to take a bit of practice and experience! It's just like when someone says they've never hugged a guy before. It's unknown, and that makes you nervous and uncomfortable. Then you do it a few times and you realize that it's not rocket science. It's just a hug.

Ugh. I am so confused.

I honestly don't know what he thinks of me. On the one hand, he's been totally sweet and chatty and giggly and hangs out and starts conversations. We have inside jokes, and he seems to blush a bit when I'm around him. He tried to crouch under mine and my (short) friend's umbrella earlier, it was so cute ^o^
On the other hand, he randomly ignores me sometimes for no apparent reason. One day we're best buddies, the next he hates me.
He also jeeps saying things like "Sorry Alice, I'm taken!" and then snogs a coin or something like that. T__T

He knows I like him. So does half the school; gossip gets around fast. What do? S:

I'll admit, being ignored isn't a good feeling. I can relate to your problem. If he ignores you, don't think about it too much. After a while of my crush ignoring me, he'll start talking to me again. Maybe it's just a thing guys do. But, him taunting you about "being taken" isn't very polite. You should tell him to knock it off, and it's not very amusing to you.

My current boyfriend was a jerk to me a lot before he asked me to be his gf. XD It was slow torture. I was completely obsessed with him but always too nervous to ask him out. I said because I liked him so much, and he'd been really sweet the two weeks previous to asking me. That was last year. We're a pretty normal relationship now, thankfully.

And yeah, I totally had an issue with kissing. I practiced on the back of my hand a lot. Our first kiss was... well... not good. We've always kept to hugging, because everyone can hug, and we have thankfully improved kissing.
