Just realized my dog turns 13 this year. I will likely not be able to go home after this semester to visit, and I'm dreading the thought of getting the call saying she's gone. I hope I'll get to be there when she's ready to go. She needs her mama.

Getting the toilet fixed has become a saga
I am tired, people from three different companies have been in the house, there's an auger stuck in the pipes, and an excavation company is working on seeing what they can do to dig out the pipe where the auger is stuck
We may have to cut down my favorite tree, but we're going to do everything to avoid that

So I live with my aunt and cousins for reference.

My cousin was planning her birthday at this kids birthday place, shes not young but it was a fun idea. We used to go a lot when we were kids.

She has a huge friend group, she invited all of them. 9 people said they could some and 7 said they could sleep over.

3 people canceled for various personal reasons. My cousin acts very mature and I was expecting her to handle this as such. But no, she freaked out and is canceling the party.

I do feel a little bad, but she still had a lot of ppl willing to come and plenty more family that would be there to. I myself was really excited for the party too, I was going to bring my gf and it sounded like lots of fun.

I tried to explain to her that lots of ppl could still come and she could still have tons of fun. But she lashed out on me. Told me i was being selfish and not thinking of her. I was doing the opposite, she has been looking forward to this more than anything and ik when the day comes she will be crushed.

We still aren’t positive she’s canceling but everyone will be very disappointed if she does. Plus we had to reserve a spot and my aunt lost her deposit.
