I like to read obscure manga and mess around with MMD (MikuMikuDance), posing animal models like Pokemon/Digimon/Monster Hunter monsters. Is fun.
I've done some personal video game mods too, but nothing too exciting.

Journaling. Not a weird interest in and of itself but the level of my interest and the details are kinda niche lol. I love filling up and collecting journals and giving them names, and creating lists of data and statistics/census on them, etc.
Berenstain Bears
Jumpstart games (mainly the 90s ones, or really early 00s)
Certain elements of architecture
Making lists about EVERYTHING, like thousands of them, adding to them several times a week
Archiving and data hoarding, and collecting random information
Certain compulsions and their effects, like BFRBs. The psychological/physiological processes and how they intermingle, etc.
The Köppen climate classification
Philosophy, and some of its sociological applications (and vice versa)
Food labeling laws and regulations
Neuroparasitology
Names and their trends
The smells of things
Mushrooms
Child development and how/why it can go awry

I've been playing a lot of Pokemon Omega Ruby (I got a used copy from gamestop) and I have been ADDICTED to contests. My level 6 zigzagoon named zoomy has beaten all but master rank in the cuteness contest.
Also exploring abandoned buildings and lost media cases. Pokemon live is an interesting one
(I wonder if you can tell that I like Pokemon?)

The less obscure interest I have would be the Yo-Kai watch series (I’m such a big fan that i actually shipped a game from Japan just to play it! Looked up tutorials so I could understand enough, and even struggled with google to get through the story lol)
The more unusual interest I have would be sleep science and specifically dreams, I’ve gone down a bit of a rabbit hole recently on specifically studies of how different mental disorders can effect the content of dreams, and it’s honestly so incredibly fascinating to me! I’ve had vivid and bizarre dreams for practically as long as I can remember so learning about any theories on what they could mean is especially close to my heart!
