I've spent hours on my computer, writing up lab reports and my neck literally hurts. I mean I have sat in my same position for at least three hours or so, my eyes are tired and my neck is straining.

    and this is why one of the first things they told me when i started working at the office was to get up and move now and again
    the next time you have to spend a lot of time on the computer, remember to get up and stretch regularly
    just one or two minutes of stretching your neck and shoulders can help avoid tension in that area, or at least make it more bearable
    i had an extension for chrome a while ago that would actually remind me to stretch, so if you use chrome, that might be worth looking up
    if not, set an alarm and once it goes off, stretch for two minutes
    also take a few minutes to get up and walk/look around to help give your eyes the chance to relax a bit after working so hard
    you'll even find us in the office staring out of the window to focus on something that isn't right in front of our faces
    or we'll just go to the toilet, go get a new drink, take a quick five minute walk outside, ...
    honestly, even if you're stressed and need to get your work done, wrecking your health and body for it won't work out in the long run
    take time to "relax", it helps and can also make your head "calm down" so you can go back in refreshed & with new ideas too c:

    for now, try taking a warm/hot shower, or even better, a hot bath to soothe the muscles
    if you want to, you can do the cold-hot thing - apply an ice pack for 10 to 20 minutes first, wait a bit, and then take the hot shower/bath a few hours later (so maybe the ice before going to bed, and the shower/bath in the morning?)
    try stretching a bit now, but be careful not to hurt yourself more with this since your muscles are already strained
    you can rub the area, although if you have someone who'd do it, asking them to (carefully!) massage the area a bit can help too
    dehydration can actually also cause your muslces to become sore more easily, so remember to drink regularly

nngh i can't be around romantic pda at all
it just makes me feel unwanted and left out and like i know its probably bc im too afraid to get a s/o and no ones attracted to me anyway
plus im afraid if i get a bf/gf/df they'll see me/treat me as female and only entertain the idea of me being a nb boy so i don't get upset
lmao i hate this
ive been pretty dysphoric too so thats fun

coupla problems.

so im worrying a lot about my figure, and my nyr is to try and eat more, but it isnt helping. what can i do to still be fit and skinny, but be healthy at the same time?

and idk if i wanna choose a winner for my auction.. i love my cinnabun!

For the cinnabun auction, if you truly want to keep it, then you should keep it! If you auction it away but you still have an attachment you might feel regretful, and that never feels good. Nobody is FORCING you to choose a winner and give it away.

i understand your scenario - just be sure that you're eating a good variety of different foods - eat whatever you want, but just be sure it isn't the only thing you eat. if you have the time, you could try and see if there are any sports you want to do, which would help a lot, but if not you could just do some light exercise when you have the time, like jogging and such.

as for your auction, it's up to you! you completely have the right to end without a winner, it's a default rule when it comes to auctions.

I was raised that PDAs were taboo, and even seeing kissing on TV made me squeamish. So I get it, even if not for the same reason. Besides, it's kinda rude for people to be flaunting their relationship - you're happy, that great, but I don't have to see your intimate affections.

As for a relationship, I am non traditional. If you love someone, and they love you, if shouldn't matter what you look like on the outside, or how you feel on the inside. As long as you are comfortable with yourself, and they are good to you (and you to them), that's all that matters. Don't rush into a relationship because you feel you should, or because others are pushing you to. Give it time and the perfect person who accepts ALL parts of you will find you.

As for body dysmorphia, talk to a therapist or someone. It really helped me get to the bottom of why I was uncomfortable with my shape. Also, find some clothes that make you feel like you, and you feel amazing in, then get rid of all of your other clothes that don't make you feel that way. What you wear, turns out, affects how you feel about your body.

I wish I could give you a real hug, but I hope a virtual hug is okay with you. Things will be okay, and you will meet the most amazing, supportive, accepting person who loves you for you, not for some ideal of you that they want to see. After all, you deserve it!!
