Back a few months ago, I had four dreams about going into the pound and getting a certain pet. It took me an entire day to figure out it was a dream, partly because when I woke up, I kept going back to sleep repeatedly.
Yesterday, this same thing happened. I was sleeping over at my auntie's house, but I was perfectly fine. Before eating breakfast, I layed down again in my makeshift bed on the couch and instantly went to sleep. I had a normal dream that was much like reality, and I didn't know that I was asleep until my 3 year old cousin shook me awake. I had a similar dream like that after eating breakfast, where I fell asleep again.
And then there was today. I accidentally fell asleep after coming home. Each time I had a good night's sleep (or good for me, anyways) but I was so tired, I just collapsed. I definitely couldn't tell that I was dreaming this time since I kept asking myself repeatedly, "Is this actually a dream?" and then looking around and deciding I was acting silly.
When I woke up, it was dinner time. In my dream, I had woken up in the morning and gone to school. Everything was perfectly normal though, which kinda creeps me out since I'm normally able to tell by weird events happening.
Anyways, I'm always tired in school. Whether I get three hours of sleep or 10, I'm always tired and about to go to sleep. I'm always shaking in school and It's frustrating to write. I shake my hand in frustration and try to write but nothing helps. It's annoying when I'm trying to draw.
I feel sick after eating a smaller meal as well. I don't know if this connects, though.
Is all that normal for a younger person? It's weirding me out, I've been having trouble sleeping since I was a kid and often stay up late, I also see certain things in objects that terrify me. I sleep with one eye open so that my imagination doesn't go crazy and show me a whole ton of gruesome images.
I think it's slowed down a bit and I can actually go to sleep, but I still sleep with an eye open just in case.
Should I be concerned? I don't want to talk to my parents since they'll think it's my books and phone that's causing it, even though they took those away from me a long time ago.
Has anybody else experienced this? What can I do?
I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but since I come here a lot, I think this is a good place.

This is perfectly normal- It had happened to me before. This type of dream you mentioned is called 'False awakening dream' (Yes, I used to study dreams). A false awakening is a vivid and convincing dream about awakening from sleep, while the dreamer in reality continues to sleep. After a false awakening, subjects often dream they are performing daily morning rituals such as cooking, cleaning and eating. You can also say that this is also partially a lucid dream where you realised your actually dreaming.
