I hate it when you make a promise to RP with someone, then you DON'T RP! You're too busy doing something else, and, say, you have an hour to RP, and do that other thing.

The hour passes by too quickly.

And you've only made one post, in the comparison to the, like, 30 that you could have made, had you only been RPing at that time!

Also, when you lose interest in RPing. D:< Like I have right now, but it'll come back, I'm sure! ^.^;

I get kinda angry when you let someone join a roleplay, and then they complain that no one is meeting their character. Well why don't they make a move first, and then when they do, they ALWAYS go for the characters that are roleplaying already and butt in basically! And then, when that person who butted in goes offline and the others moved on away from that persons character, they fail to read and continue like that the people are still there! And then, there are the people who post sentences that are so short you cant work with them! Then they get upset that no one will roleplay with their character!

*sighs* I had to get that out, I've been stressed and I just needed to vent about something...

Exactly!!!! and then they use l33t speak and chat speak!! Its sooo annoying!!!

I was roleplaying with a friend of mine earlier...basically, his character had this horrid past, but was not the least worse for wear (oh yes, one of those people mentioned earlier in the thread). The problem with this was, where he was a war veteran who had lived through this terrible battle (much like my character), he had no psychological problems whatsoever.

Now, note my character had lived through a similar situation...but she was left with a cybernetic prosthesis (it was a Scifi RP) and had lost her wings in battle, which pretty much led to some very undesirable problems. Anger issues, emotional instability...And when she got hit close to the spot where her wings were, she would snap and pretty much attack the first person within reach--no matter who it was.

Yet his character was fine.

What so hard about typing it out?

I understand complaining about it if it is like that. But I find that my laptop's keys get stuck often. Like at the moment, I have to press the 'c' button especially hard to actually make it type the letter... So my writing is a bit messed up at the moment.
But I've RPed with people that type like that all the time, in cases where it just couldn't possibly be sticky keys... It is dreadful. I find that I just can't reply to it. The same as one-liners... I just don't know what to say back to it...

Ugh, I hate that 'cause it seems like they're not even trying...Chat speak in OOC is fine with me, but not when they're in character. I don't have a cell phone and I don't text at all, nor can I understand half of what they're saying...
