i have a horrible fear of the dentist. the last time i went the dentist was 2 years ago because i had unbearable pain- and now i'm finally going back because the problem wasn't fixed. it's an issue thats been on and off but now it's not going away and i know it's time to do something about it... doesn't make it any easier though :') i cried for almost 2 hours before i could finally make a call for an appointment,,, my mental health makes it's difficult to take care of my physical health and i know it's irrational but i'm so scared of knowing everything that's wrong with me and that the dentist will be rude,, my feelings are easily hurt lol

if anyone has a similar experience or advice please feel free to pm me ^^;

update: dentist appointment went well :D

Sick and tired of my mom borderline controlling me financially, walking all over my life decisions and lying. This time she lied she has skin cancer to try and "win" the argument she had with me. There's not only very few chances she said something true, but she also likely made it easy of her own mother who barely survived cancer. She threatened to do to herself several things I probably cannot even say here. I wish she'd give me the chance to feel anything other than negative or neutral things about her. All this because I said I'm taking a decision that'll help with my severe BDD that robbed me of +10 years of my life and opportunities.
