Please don't! Don't give up all of your friends because of one jerk! The guy that likes me and I like him was a huge jerk to me before I got to really know him!

Oh dear no! Sorry if I made it sound like that! I'm switching schools because I have a terrible school system. I would never switch because of some stupid guy.

Thanks! I'm going next year but it will be better because there are better teachers and students. It's just a good school all around.

So in order for me to date, a guy had to talk to my dad first for his permission. I don't mind this rule anymore. So they guy I like actually did this, the first guy to ever try this hard for me. And my dad said no. He said that he didn't want me to be in an exclusive relationship yet. It had nothing to do with the guy who asked me.

I guess my question is do you guys have any advice about maybe trying to prove myself to my dad? I don't want to give up yet. Any tips on winning over a parents approval?? Advice is much appreciated<3

Also, today something happened. We were doing a project in science (Red is In my science) and my group asked me to go ask the teacher something. So I walked over to her but she was helping HIS group. So I was standing by her, waiting for her attention, and he was sitting right in front of me, and he saw me, I saw him, we made I contact, ad it was so awkward.. UGGHHH anyone have further advice for me?!

Just act normal... Acting any different might make things awkward. If I were you, I'd pretend I didn't know what was going on.
Don't expect too much either.. since you are questioning if he even will. Expectations often lead to disappointment.
Just have fun. ^^ And if he asks you, you say yes.

My parents have the same rule. No guy has been brave enough to ask yet though. :P I am not sure how you would prove yourself. Being ready for marriage is a big thing, because if your family is anything like mine they want to go through the courtship process with the intent of getting married. So the big question is, are you ready to get married?

I am not, so I am content to wait until some poor hapless soul is willing to talk to my father. xD

Exactly what my parents said! I told them no. I am not ready to get married. (I am almost 16) but I told them that at my age I'm not looking to literally get married. I'm looking for the right guy to get married to. If that makes any sence xD
