So do i its really difficult to fill out a characters personality and then roleplay it out
Also i understand PunkMonkey sometimes i just suddenly forget how to spell something and it may be something simple like bowl,or i can't pronounce it properly
I agree with you there on the History making a history is quite fun but often i'm stuck with lived in pack/clan the whole time
Trying to get back into roleplaying, haven't done it for a while. I like roleplaying wolves but they have to be realistic so no alpha beta delta and especially no healer ranks. I like big cats, horses, cats. I like roleplaying warrior cats. I don't play a lot with human characters unless they're shapeshifters or dragon riders.
So if you have a roleplay that needs more members send me a PM.

I actually have trouble working out a charries personality.
I hate the 'Rp out' on personalities and 'Never tells' on history. I mean, I find the history an important part of creating the character's personality. The personality is there to be creative and try new things, a create different traits. It really isn't that hard. D;
See, the history is easy for me. Personality....eh. It's kind of a living thing that's impossible to put into words.

EDIT: Ok, now i'm just spamming. But I must rant about this xD
When I post a form for a Semi lit role play and they say that my spelling is bad so I can't join. It annoys me because I have a condition a bit like dyslexia that means I cant help spelling badly however they act like I don't try at all. I find it especially annoying because I usually get stuck with roleplays packed with one liners and chat speak when I actually want to improve my role playing skills.
Rant over.
I ban "Rp it out" in my RPs. B|
If you can't write out their personality, how are you supposed to play them well?
If you can't write a bit about who you're playing, you're no the type of person I want to RP with, sadly.
And as for dyslexia, I have it as well, though I never use it as an excuse.
If you have Firefox you can download a spell-check application, which helps me out a lot.
Or, you can write your post into a programme like Microsoft Word, which is what I used to do.
You can also find spell checks online.

... You always have the words I'm looking for.
She's right though; it's not that hard to come up with basic details and then flesh out on them. :/

it helps if you use the same characters over and over again. x3
You get used to them, so you can easily come up with their personalities.
(Or you can just copy/paste like a pro.)

I don't have dislexia, I have something like dislexia. I dont usually use it as an excuse xD My point was that I cant get into good role plays but anyway I am getting off topic.
I find sometimes it's ok to put somethething like 'Never tells' in history if you can explain WHY they never say or you are going to make it part of your character's story but yea, the rest of the time it is annoying

I think I'll try that thing with using the same character over and over again but dosn't it ever get annoying playing the same character again and again?
Guess who's back?
I've been away from CS, but I'll probably be here from time to time. However, I'm pretty busy with school at the moment. e_e
I've changed my username. Again ouo I used to be forty two.
I'm always looking for Semi Literate role plays. :3
Please excuse my overuse of emotes...
