since i'm a big chinese dragon lover, a few weeks back i posted a pet design suggestion for the first time and suggested a red and yellow themed eastern dragon for the chinese new year event here, and it actually went through ?! i mean it can be a complete coincidence and i'm just being a doof but either way it's pretty much the equivalent of getting a custom pet for me. i was just completely thrilled to see these beautiful dragon babs when i came home after a reeeeally tiring and long day of exams. thank you so much Jayfrost for creating these!

My older sister who I've looked up to for guidance with my art for years was really impressed with some of my digital pieces I've done using some apps on my iPad.
Usually when I show her art I can tell she's just trying to make me feel better in saying it's good, but this time I could sense the genuine surprise in her, and I assume it's probably because she's never really done digital, but it still made me feel really good about myself for the first time in a while. I'm still not entirely happy with my art, but this has at least given me a small confidence boost, which I honestly really needed.

One of my off-site friends confronted me, and finally confessed they had feelings for me (I also had feelings for them, but mainly kept it to myself).
This led to a really frustrating and confusing situation, but it turned out good in the end and we came to an agreement to be in a casual relationship since we feel like a serious, committed relationship would be too much at this point in time.

Bgnngngngnh what seemed to be the biggest waste of my time actually turned into talking to a really cool person and hanging out together and I'm just!! So happy!! I'm the worst at making friends
