Is there any "religion" that believes in reincarnation? :3

Hinduism believes in reincarnation.

And Buddhism believes in rebirth, which is similar to reincarnation, but not quite the same.
There are actually a few religions which believe in reincarnation of sorts.

That reincarnation and rebirth are two completely seperate things. In Buddhism there is no reincarnation. Only rebirth.

The different between the two is actually quite simple. Reincarnation is where your mind, soul and personality is placed in a different body. YOu are exactly the same as you were befoe, and if you do good things in that life, you will go higher up the chain. If you do bad things, yuo will go lower.

Rebirth is completely different. Rebirth is where you die, your mind thoughts, personality, karma and soul are thrown into a jumble with all the rest of the dead souls, and their karmas too. They get mixed up, and you have a completely new personality, new memories and new mind when you come back to earth. And since your karma is mixed up, if you do something good in your past life, it doesn't matter, It's just luck of weather or not you have collected good or ad karma from the jumble after you died.

I guess I have to figure out what I am. Take all my thoughts and decide if Im really Hindu or Buddist. ^^

Well, in Hinduism you have to believe in lots of certian deities. :3 Its an Indian religion, I think(my Indian frind is Hindu).

And you can still be an athiest and believe in reincarnation. Athiesm is just not believing in a deity. All Budhists are atheists too.

Correct me if I'm wrong, it's 3am and I may be losing my mind, but isn't it impossible to convert to Hinduism? I thought you had to be born into it.
And sorry that I'm sorta stalking the thread... I'm Christian, so I can't really join, but I have a lot of interest in other beliefs and religions. :3
