My english teacher wants me to write about a real event that actually happened in my life.

I am not going to give her a down to the point description of how homecoming with.
I don't want to show off to the world that I finally got my first slow dance with someone who I care about.
I don't want to show off that I brought my friend from 7 years ago to hang out (as friends)
and I especially am NOT going to give you details about a personal conversation my [other] friend and I had while we are dancing. It really does not involve anyone else but the two of us.

If you were the teacher I had last year of course I would. He is awesome and he isn't judgemental, and he wouldn't even ask for something personal. Heck, you could write about meeting a unicorn over the weekend and he wouldn't care, as long as it has details and it is complete.
