I had an evil character once.
He was a basilisk that ate people whole.
Yet someone still managed to fall inlove with him.
Then he ate them and I got kicked out of the roleplay, MWUHAHAHAHAHAHA. >:U

/I had to do it, for honour! ;o;~ Besides, it was a horrible RP, Mary-Sue's and whatnot for miles./

XD I would have fallen in love with him too....

At least you went out with a bang XD Honestly, people doen't fall instantly in love with serial killers, so why would a character fall in love with a frikkin basilisk?!

I did make him devilishy handsome, though.
But still, the only reason someone would fall inlove with him is because they had Stockholm syndrome!
And they'd still live the rest of their life in fear that he was going to eat them~!
He would never love them back. :U

I also hate insta-love.
It's never instant love, only instant attraction.
I believe in lust at first sight, not love.
You can go "Oh, he is so attractive, I want him as my boyf" and then spend rest of the RP trying to get him and in the end you get him and you're inlove, because that actually happens IRL.
If you fall inlove with someone when you first see them, you've got some serious issues you need resolved, go see a counsellor.
Or, it could be a lot of the younger females rping often confuse lust for love? :U

Barty, thanks so much for the link here. XD I've been needing a good rant thread lately.

Hmm...Well, in the one RP I'm in(It's dying now), had the most /perfect/ charries. They all made the most /amazing/ decisions, and everybody followed and listened to them without question. >:V

And another, on an RP that I truly enjoyed, everyone stopped posting at once. >:L Shame. I really liked it.

It seems that everyone ignores my charries and what they do. Like if i have the commit suicide no one would probably care... T.T Thats why i try to get high-ranks in RP's but THEY'RE STILL FREAKING IGNORED!!!!!!!! GAH!!!! >:(

Advice: Just make them butt into peoples conversations. xD Just get in their faces!
Most RPers are far to polite! x3
