mom got pulled over today and wasn't able to pick me up from therapy. that was just super stressful and I was trying so hard to not get sick from the anxiety — there were so many people everywhere and I was sitting in a corner silently panicking. but it's all okay now and I'm home safe. I just hope it doesn't happen again, idk if I can take it a second time
